PRODINTEC and FEMETAL present the results of the iAsturias 4.0 project

iAsturias4.0 has defined the plan for the implementation of a Digital Innovation Hub for the dissemination and support in the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions in Asturias.

Last Thursday, in the framework of the 1st Congress of Connected Industry 4.0, the Final Conference of the Mentoring Program of the I4MS Initiative was held, in which the 29 proposals developed under this call for the creation of the Digital Innovation Hub in Europe were presented.



iAsturias 4.0, one of the six selected Spanish projects, and piloted by the Competence Center Prodintec and FEMETAL, has analyzed and defined the plan for the creation and start-up in Asturias the Hub for the dissemination, support in the implementation and development of Industry 4.0 solutions related to the areas of robotics, cyberphysical systems and Internet of Things.

The project has had the collaboration of the Institute of Economic Development of the Principality of Asturias, IDEPA and the involvement of more than 50 organizations and companies that could share their contributions and their vision on the model that best responds to the demands of the Asturian industry in the field of digitization.
