Benchmarking visit to TEKOX

MetaIndustria4, with the invaluable collaboration of TEKOX, organizes a visit to the plant of the company, located in the Technology Park of Asturias. This is the first benchmarking activity between Cluster partners. With this activity, MetaIndustry4 aims to promote a mayor degree of knowledge, relationship and trust among its members, fostering the exchange of experiences, good practices and challenges that consolidate mutual knowledge and the generation of synergies between partners.

The visit to the company TEKOX offers the partners the opportunity to know first hand all the novelties that this company has been incorporating in process and products among which stands out its decision by the adoption of 4.0 Industry .

Since its founding in 1976, Técnica de Conexiones, S.A. (TEKOX) specializes in the design, manufacture and marketing of low voltage electrical connection material. They are the leading company in their sector in Spain and have a settled international position. Theis production is focused on two specific markets: low tension electrical installations and the manufacturing of lighting equipments. This specialization has allowed them to develop optimal solutions for every use by means of a thorough study and follow-up of the evolution and trends of each market.

This type of actions endow MetaIndustry, on the whole, of a remarkable value added and generate an opportunity to identify ideas or collaborative projects.
